Not Going to Present a Defense

Author: I was arrested on federal drug charges. I am guilty, so there is no sense in going to trial. I hired a Los Angeles federal drug criminal defense attorney, and I am going to take a plea bargain. I am not going to present a defense on federal drug charges. If I take a plea, some of the charges will be dropped. I will still have to do some time in a federal prison, but if found guilty at a trial, I would be in prison for a much longer period of time.
